We have got a strong team of four architects registered with South African Institute of architects (SAIA). Above all we have reputable track records on our building plan submissions to the following municipalities: City of joburg, City of Tswane, City of Ekurhuleni, and City of Polokwane. When it come to our online hardware shop delivery we beat the rest. Our online hardware offers a convinient ordering facility for building materials like cement, sand, bricks, window frames, door frames and many more listed on the online hardware.

(High discounts on building materials is given only to clients we manage their projects)
 
Unfortunately we don’t do construction work, but we have got good reference registered with NHBRC and with our team’s guidance expect no mistake.

BIT is fully operational in CAD and REVIT Architecture hence improved design quality and presentation techniques. 

CONSTRUCTION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Getting involved from the initial site clearing, setting- out, excavations, construction works to the final handover of the specific project.  We help the client from the initial stages, from architectural designs, once the drawings or house plans are in place, the client can shop around for building materials such as bricks, stones, cement, sand or alternatively use or online hardware to get an estimate of the investment ahead.

SLAB DESIGNS, SUPPLIES & INSTALLATIONS
We design, source any type of concrete slabs. The client always has the final word on which design of slab to use based on the cost and effectiveness.
